About My Coaching Approach

  • What is your coaching style?
    My coaching is designed to help individuals and teams grow in a way that feels natural, sustainable, and aligned with their unique strengths. I focus on fostering resilience, adaptability, and meaningful transformation through deep conversations, reflection, and practical tools.
  • How is your coaching different from traditional coaching?
    Rather than following a rigid framework, I take a dynamic and personalized approach. I encourage clients to embrace cycles of growth, allowing space for momentum and rest, clarity and exploration. My coaching helps people navigate challenges with greater ease and confidence by working with their natural rhythms instead of against them.
  • What are your credentials?
    I hold the Accredited Advanced Diploma in Coach Training (AADCT) issued by the Association for Coaching and I am certified at the Member level at the Institute of Leadership (MIoL), ensuring that my coaching meets professional standards and ethics. I am also recognised by de Nederlandse Orde van Beroepscoaches (NOBCO).

    I work with individuals and teams who are looking for a more connected, sustainable way to grow. Whether you’re a leader, entrepreneur, or creative seeking clarity, or a team aiming to improve communication and collaboration, my coaching is designed to support your goals.
  • What can I expect from a coaching session?
    Sessions are interactive and tailored to your needs. You can expect a mix of conversation, guided exercises, and reflective practices that help you move forward with clarity and purpose. Each session is designed to be both grounding and expansive.
  • Do you offer virtual coaching, or do we meet in person?
    I offer both! Virtual sessions provide flexibility, while in-person coaching (especially in outdoor settings) can create a unique and immersive experience. We can decide what works best for you.
  • How long does a coaching engagement typically last?
    This depends on your goals. Some clients benefit from short-term coaching, while others prefer ongoing support over several months. We’ll determine the best approach during our initial conversation. As a rule of thumb, we generally work in blocks of 6 sessions and are open to recontract after this time. 
  • In what languages do you coach?
    I coach in both Dutch and English—languages I consider native, as I was raised bilingual and have studied and worked extensively in both. I’m also happy to creatively hop between languages if it supports the process. I’ve been trained in German, Spanish, Portuguese, and French, so you’re welcome to bring whichever language feels most natural to you.

  • How do I get started?
    The first step is a free discovery call. This is a chance for us to explore what you’re looking for and see if we’re the right fit. You can book a call by sending an email to info@weideheuvel.com
  • What are your rates?
    Coaching is a personalized journey, and pricing depends on the format and duration of our work together. I’m happy to discuss options during our initial call.
  • Do you offer coaching for teams or organizations?
    Yes! I work with teams to enhance communication, trust, and alignment. If you’re interested in team coaching, let’s connect to explore what’s possible.

Payment & Cancellation Policies

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    I accept payments via bank transfer and credit/debit card*. If you need an alternative payment method, let me know, and we’ll find a solution that works for you. *there is a 2.5% surcharge for credit/debit card payments, equivalent to the cost my bank charges to accept card payments.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee. This policy ensures fairness and respects both our time and commitment to the coaching process.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    No, I do not offer refunds for coaching sessions or packages. Coaching is a commitment to your growth, and our work together is designed to create meaningful progress. If you have concerns about your sessions, I encourage open communication so we can adjust the approach as needed.
